Our inspection process is an essential element to Our Quality Commitment Program, reducing the risk in the electronic component supply chain. This quality process ensures that critical counterfeit detection and preventative procedures are securely in place, ensuring that product procured from Whistler has passed through a thorough and rigorous inspection process.
Electronic component counterfeit avoidance
As an AS9120 approved supplier, we fully understand the issues that the industry continues to face with regards to supply chain management, product traceability and the elimination of fraudulent and Counterfeit Electronic Parts.
Laboratory testing to enhanced standards
Standard Visual and Permanency testing is conducted in-house, but all further testing is outsourced to specialist laboratories which we can recommend, or can ulilise any existing approved laboratories you already use.

ESD Association
ESD Association is the only ANSI-accredited organisation to write and produce standards on electrostatic control.
BS EN 61340-5-1 is an international standard that focuses on electrostatics and the protection of electronic devices from ESD.
The AS6081 standard establishes requirements and practices to mitigate the risk of buying, receiving and selling fraudulent/counterfeit parts.
Supplemental Purchase Order Conditions (SPOC) Manual details the requirements that are applicable when invoked by Honeywell Aerospace Purchase Orders.
